FREEDOM OF ACTION:

This time I want to discuss the principle of freedom of action because its content is an important situation for Guatemala, since Article 5 of the Constitution Policy of the Republic of Guatemala states:

"Article 5 . Freedom of action: Everyone has the right to do what the law does not prohibit, not required to comply with orders that are not based on law and issued pursuant thereto. No one may be persecuted or molested for his opinions or for acts that do not involve infracción a la misma ”.

Además, lo que considero de mas importancia de este Articulo es lo siguiente: “…toda persona tiene derecho a hacer lo que la ley no prohíbe” recordemos que nuestra libertad ends where the rights of others .... we could never have absolute freedom because it would want to exceed the rights of others, but if we can what the law permits us while we are free to do things that osease law does not prohibit ... if not legislated a ban, it is possible to be achieved in our country is a mixed blessing because there are crimes not yet regulated by law, but remains in the consciousness of the good Guatemalans do the right thing Guatemala also make the land of eternal spring ... the land of eternal peace of mind (not like that this was the saying .... to me though).

legal regulation: Article 5 of the Constitution of Policy Republic of Guatemala.
